FITEX
FITEX
Running mobile app design.
[School project | UX/UI design | Brand Identity]
FiteX is developing a new mobile app designed to support their members while the gym undergoes renovations. The app aims to keep members healthy and engaged by offering a convenient and intuitive platform for their fitness needs. It will provide a range of features to ensure members can maintain their workout routines without access to a physical gym.
A key feature of the app is its social functionality, allowing users to connect with each other, plan workouts together, and join or create fitness groups.
Members will be able to track their progress, including speed, distance, and time, with a focus on fostering a sense of community and promoting the joy of exercise for both physical and mental health. The app will include GPS and map integration, providing suggestions for new routes and making it easy for users to start their workouts immediately.
Fitex is a user-friendly fitness app that helps you with your workouts, find new routes, connect with others, and track your progress.

Competitor Analysis
Difficult to navigate - almost too many functions and hard to find what you want.
The apps are free to download, but some features are quite expensive.
Long initial quizzes about goals and visions. Some users don't have specific goals; they just want to find new routes for evening walks with their dog. This step feels unnecessary for them.
Nike Running Club and Runkeeper makes it easy to start running immediately. There are many options, but if you just want to go for a run right away without any settings, you can simply click on Start.
